The Cleveland KDL60T Direct Steam Kettle is designed for commercial foodservice operations that require efficient batch cooking and controlled product transfer. This quad-leg mounted kettle features a 2/3 steam jacketed design and a tilting mechanism available with hand or power operation. The direct steam configuration connects to a steam source supplying 10 to 45 psi steam, while the steam control valve is conveniently mounted on the console. Built for commercial kitchen use, the Cleveland KDL60T features Type 304 stainless steel construction with a #4 finish on the kettle and support legs. The 1 5/8-inch OD stainless steel legs include three-level adjustable feet and three-bolt flanges for floor bolting. Its tilting mechanism uses a permanently lubricated, self-locking worm drive with a space-saving design for controlled positioning during product transfer. The condensate drain valve features an insulated handle for convenient operation. The steam jacket rating is 50 psi on the 80-gallon model and 35 psi on 100-gallon and larger models, with a 50 psi chrome-plated safety valve.
