Cleveland KDL60 Direct Steam Kettle, Tri-leg
The Cleveland KDL60 Direct Steam Kettle is designed for commercial foodservice operations that need dependable steam-powered batch cooking and convenient product dispensing. This 2/3 steam jacketed kettle connects directly to a steam source supplying 5 to 45 psi steam and features a 50 psi steam jacket rating. A 2-inch tangent draw-off valve with drain strainer provides a practical method for removing prepared foods, while the steam control inlet valve supports controlled steam operation. The kettle includes a spring-assisted domed cover with a hinged, one-piece rotatable design for convenient access during food preparation.
Built with Type 304 stainless steel construction and a #4 finish on the kettle and supports, the Cleveland KDL60 is suited to demanding commercial kitchen environments. Its heavy reinforced rolled rim provides a durable edge around the kettle opening, while the insulated-handle condensate drain valve facilitates draining. The kettle is available with either tri-leg or pedestal support configurations. Tri-leg models use 1 5/8-inch OD Type 304 stainless steel tubular supports with level-adjustable flanged feet for floor bolting. Pedestal models feature a Type 304 stainless steel pedestal with a 3/4-inch thick floor plate that can be leveled for sloping floors and includes a stainless steel collar for sealing. A faucet mounting bracket is provided, with additional accessories available for cooking, draining, cleaning, measuring, and steam control.
