Cleveland KDL25T Direct Steam Kettle Quad Leg Tilting
The Cleveland KDL25T Direct Steam Kettle is designed for commercial foodservice operations that require efficient batch cooking with convenient product transfer. This quad-leg mounted steam jacketed kettle features a tilting design that allows cooked foods to be poured out efficiently, making it suitable for preparing soups, sauces, stews, gravies, and other batch-cooked foods. The 2/3 steam-jacketed construction provides a dedicated heating area around the kettle, while the direct steam configuration connects to a steam source supplying 10 to 45 psi steam. A steam control valve mounted on the console provides convenient control during operation.
Built for demanding commercial kitchen environments, the Cleveland KDL25T features Type 304 stainless steel construction with a #4 finish on the kettle and supports. The heavy reinforced rolled rim and high-capacity pouring lip are designed to accommodate chunky food products during transfer. Its stainless steel support legs feature adjustable feet and three-bolt flanges for floor bolting, providing a secure installation. The tilting mechanism uses a permanently lubricated, self-locking worm drive in a space-saving design. An insulated-handle condensate drain valve supports handling during draining, while the steam control system is mounted directly on the console for accessible operation. Optional accessories include cooking baskets, drain strainers, gallon markings, covers, measuring strips, cleaning tools, and steam control components.
