The Cleveland Range KDL125T is a direct steam, quad-leg mounted, tilting kettle with a 125-gallon capacity designed for high-volume commercial foodservice operations. It features a 2/3 steam jacket construction and is built with Type 304 stainless steel for both the kettle and support legs. The unit is designed for direct connection to an external steam source operating within a pressure range of 10 to 45 psi, making it suitable for large-scale batch cooking applications in commercial kitchens.
The KDL125T includes a steam control valve mounted on a console for operation control and a heavy reinforced rolled rim for durability under demanding use. It is equipped with a self-locking, permanently lubricated worm drive tilting mechanism to ensure controlled pouring. The kettle is supported by a quad-leg stainless steel frame with adjustable feet and flanged bases for stable floor mounting. A high-capacity pouring lip is included to accommodate thick or chunky food products, and optional accessories such as covers and draw-off valves are available depending on configuration.
