Cleveland KDL125 Direct Steam Kettle
The Cleveland KDL125 Direct Steam Kettle is a stationary commercial steam kettle designed for controlled batch cooking with a direct steam connection. This 2/3 steam jacketed kettle features Type 304 stainless steel construction with a #4 finish on both the kettle and supports, providing a durable stainless steel work surface for commercial foodservice environments. The 50 psi steam jacket rating and 50 psi chrome-plated safety valve support operation when connected to a steam source supplying 5 to 45 psi steam. A steam control inlet valve provides the connection point for steam operation.
Built for practical foodservice use, the Cleveland KDL125 includes a spring-assisted, domed, hinged, one-piece rotatable cover and a 2-inch tangent draw-off valve with drain strainer for controlled product removal. The kettle features a heavily reinforced rolled rim and an insulated-handle condensate drain valve. A faucet mounting bracket is provided for installation flexibility. The stationary kettle is available with either tri-leg or pedestal support configurations. Tri-leg models use Type 304 stainless steel tubular supports with level-adjustable flanged feet for floor bolting, while pedestal models feature a Type 304 stainless steel pedestal, 3/4-inch-thick floor plate, level adjustment for sloping floors, and a stainless steel collar for sealing.
