Its steam coil steam generator features automatic water fill at startup, automatic blowdown, and a manual drain valve, while solid state controls manage water level and safety functions. The 15 PSI steam generator includes a high-limit pressure safety switch, 15 PSI safety valve, and steam generator pressure gauge. Pressureless cooking with forced convection steam supports efficient food preparation while allowing the door to be opened during cooking.
Built for demanding foodservice environments, the Cleveland 24CSM features a Type 304 stainless steel cooking compartment with durable 14-gauge stainless steel construction for the cooking cavity and compartment door. Convection Jets deliver high-velocity steam without fans, while the coved-corner cavity promotes even heat distribution and simplifies cleaning. Removable stainless steel slide racks, insulated construction, and a cold water condenser support practical daily operation. A 60-minute mechanical timer, manual operation mode, instant steam standby, automatic generator drain, and water jet spray rinse cycle add convenience.
