Cleveland 24CGA10.2ES: Gemini 10 Convection Steamer
The Cleveland 24CGA10.2ES Gemini 10 is a two-compartment floor model pressureless convection steamer with independent gas-fired steam generators and SteamSaver™ Technology. Designed for commercial foodservice operations, this steamer provides up to ten 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" deep cafeteria pans, with five pans accommodated in each compartment. SteamSaver Technology automatically adjusts steam production according to the type and volume of food being prepared, helping reduce energy and water consumption while maintaining steam for cooking. Each compartment operates independently with its own generator, gas valve, and water level controls. The high-efficiency forced-air gas generators provide 50,000 BTU input per compartment.
The Gemini 10 features 14-gauge 304 stainless steel construction for the compartment doors, cooking cavities, and steam generators. Exclusive brass Steam Jets distribute high-velocity steam throughout each compartment for consistent cooking performance. Each generator includes an exterior top-mounted deliming port and cleaning indicator light for maintenance. Generator Steam Standby Mode keeps the generator at steaming temperature for quicker cooking startup. The two-piece self-adjusting compartment doors include reversible gaskets for an airtight seal, while compartment steam shut-off switches activate when a door is opened. The Gemini Drain/Power Control System uses a 1/2" ball valve-style drain to automatically control power. A pullout service drawer provides front access to generator controls. The unit uses natural gas and has a standard 115-120V, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical connection.
