This ENERGY STAR approved gas convection steamer features two 22CGT3.1 compartments, each with capacity for three 12" x 20" x 2.5" deep full-size steam table pans (1/1 GN, 65 mm). Its boilerless design uses a high-efficiency 32,000 BTU gas heating system per compartment, while automatic water level controls help maintain the proper water level during operation. A 60-minute electro-mechanical timer provides straightforward cooking control for everyday commercial food preparation.
The Cleveland SteamChef stacked convection steamer incorporates a patented KleanShield cooking compartment design with fan-forced convection steam to collect and remove condensate waste, helping keep the cooking cavity clean and easier to maintain. Each compartment features a durable 14-gauge stainless steel door and latch, with left-hand door hinging and controls positioned on the right. Automatic drain control operates when the main power switch is turned off, and the unit uses a 1" NPT drain connection with a cold water condenser and rinse feature. The stacked configuration includes a stacking stand, gas flue exhaust kit, and common drain and water connection manifold, providing a consolidated commercial steaming setup for kitchens requiring additional cooking capacity in a compact footprint.
