The Cleveland KGL100 100 Gallon Gas Steam Kettle is a commercial stationary cooking kettle designed for high-volume food production. Its 2/3 steam-jacketed construction and 50 psi steam jacket rating provide controlled heating for large-batch cooking applications. The kettle uses a high-efficiency Power Burner Heating System rated at 62% to 65% efficiency, with a 190,000 BTU firing rate for 60-gallon and larger models. An insulated heat exchanger and automatic ignition system support efficient operation, while the permanently filled steam jacket eliminates the need for routine venting or refilling. The KGL100 is standard for natural gas operation and features solid-state controls for temperature and low-water safety.
Designed for consistent commercial cooking performance, the Cleveland KGL100 provides precise temperature control with less than 1°C variance, making it suitable for applications requiring controlled simmering and cooking temperatures. LED indicators display the heat cycle and low-water warning, while the power ON/OFF switch provides straightforward operation.
