Cleveland KEL100T Tilting Electric Steam Quad-Leg Kettle
The Cleveland KEL100T Tilting Electric Steam Quad-Leg Kettle is a self-contained commercial steam kettle designed for high-volume foodservice cooking. This tilting electric kettle features a 100-gallon capacity, quad-leg construction, and a 2/3 steam-jacketed design with a 50 psi (3.5 bar) steam jacket rating. The kettle and supports are made from Type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish, providing a durable and easily cleaned surface for demanding kitchen environments. Its permanently filled steam jacket uses treated water and does not require routine venting or refilling. A large pouring lip accommodates high-capacity batches and chunky products, while the reinforced rolled rim helps protect the kettle edge during daily use.
The KEL100T features splash-proof solid-state temperature and safety controls with less than ±1°C variance, supporting accurate temperature management across an operating range of 145°–260°F (63°–127°C). The control module includes adjustable temperature control, power and heat-cycle LED indicators, and a low-water indicator. A combination pressure/vacuum jacket gauge provides accessible monitoring, while the 50 psi safety valve adds pressure protection. The welded-in heating elements and splash-proof element cover with double gasket seal support the sealed heating system. Its roller-bearing tilt mechanism uses a case-hardened, self-locking worm and segment gear for controlled tilting. Level-adjustable quad-leg supports allow floor bolting for a secure installation.
