The Cleveland KEL80 Electric Steam Kettle, Stationary is a self-contained commercial kettle designed for high-volume foodservice cooking and batch preparation. This tri-leg mounted kettle provides an 80-gallon (300-liter) capacity and features a 2/3 steam-jacketed design rated at 50 psi (3.5 bar) for higher cooking temperatures. The kettle and supports are constructed from Type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish, providing a durable and easily cleaned surface for commercial kitchen environments. Its permanently filled steam jacket uses treated water and does not require routine venting or refilling. A large pouring lip accommodates high-capacity batches and chunky products, while the spring-assisted domed cover provides convenient access to the cooking vessel. The reinforced rolled rim helps protect the kettle edge during everyday use.
The Cleveland KEL80 uses splash-proof solid-state temperature and safety controls with less than ±1°C variance for consistent temperature management. The plug-in control module includes an adjustable temperature control dial, power switch, heat-cycle LED indicator, and low-water LED indicator. Its operating temperature range is 145°–260°F (63°–127°C), supporting a range of commercial cooking applications. A rear-mounted pressure gauge and 50 psi safety valve provide accessible pressure monitoring, while the solid-state water level control eliminates the need for a sight glass. Welded-in heating elements and a splash-proof element cover with a double gasket seal support the sealed heating system. The 2-inch (50 mm) tangent draw-off valve facilitates product removal, while the base-mounted design includes three tri-bolt flanges for floor bolting.
