A 2-inch (50 mm) tangent draw-off valve supports convenient product removal, while the rear-mounted pressure gauge and 50 psi safety valve provide accessible pressure monitoring and protection. Welded-in heating elements and a splash-proof element cover with a double gasket seal help maintain the kettle's sealed heating system. The Type 304 stainless steel exterior has a #4 finish for easier cleaning, and the base-mounted support system includes level-adjustable feet for floor bolting.
