Cleveland 24CEA10.2 Steamcraft Ultra 10 Steamer
The Cleveland 24CEA10.2 Steamcraft Ultra 10 Steamer is a two-compartment floor model pressureless convection steamer designed for high-volume commercial foodservice applications. This electric steamer features twin independent atmospheric steam generators with 16 kW input per compartment and separate remote probe-type water level controls. Each compartment provides capacity for up to five 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" steam table pans, allowing both compartments to be operated independently. The SteamCraft Ultra 10 uses brass steam jets to produce high-velocity convection steam without fans, while coved corners and a fully insulated cooking compartment support even heat distribution and thermal efficiency. A cold water condenser in each compartment helps maintain dry steam.
Each insulated rear-mounted PowerPak generator has a 5-gallon reservoir and two Fire Bar heating elements, with automatic water fill when the main power switch is turned on. Automatic generator blowdown incorporates a Water Jet spray rinse cycle to help keep the drain clear, while dedicated exterior cleaning ports and delime indicator lights simplify generator maintenance. Two 60-minute electro-mechanical timers provide manual cooking operation with audible completion signals, and Instant Steam Standby Mode keeps each generator at steaming temperature for quick starts. The 14-gauge 304 stainless steel cooking compartments, doors, and generators provide durable construction. Cool-to-the-touch two-piece doors feature reversible gaskets and stainless steel slam/latch mechanisms. The unit measures 24" W x 33" D x 65.5" H and weighs 528 lb.
