The Cleveland 21CET16 Steamcraft Ultra 5 Steamer is a heavy-duty counter-type, pressureless convection steamer designed for commercial kitchens that need consistent steam cooking in a compact footprint. This one-compartment commercial steamer features an electric 16 kW steam generator and durable 14-gauge stainless steel construction throughout the compartment door, cavity, and generator. Its exclusive brass steam jets create high-velocity convection steam without fans, while the coved cooking compartment helps distribute heat evenly and simplifies cleaning. The fully insulated compartment and cold water condenser support efficient steam cooking with a dry cooking environment.
The Steamcraft Ultra 5 accommodates up to five 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" deep cafeteria pans, making it suitable for high-volume food preparation. Its rear-mounted, insulated PowerPak electric steam generator features a 3.5-gallon reservoir, stainless steel Fire Bar heating element, automatic remote probe water-level control, and automatic blowdown with a Water Jet spray rinse drain cleaning cycle. A 60-minute electro-mechanical timer provides manual cooking control with an audible completion signal, while Stand By Mode maintains steaming temperature for quick cooking starts. The left-hinged compartment door has a cool-to-the-touch two-piece design, reversible gasket, and stainless steel slam/latch mechanism. An external generator cleaning port and front delime indicator provide convenient maintenance access.
