The Cleveland (2) 22CGT66 SteamChef Gas Boilerless Convection Steamer is a commercial two-compartment steam cooking system designed for high-volume foodservice operations. Each compartment accommodates up to six 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" deep cafeteria pans, providing a total capacity of twelve full-size 2.5" (1/1 G/N, 65 mm) steam table pans. Each compartment uses a high-efficiency gas boilerless combustion system rated at 62,000 BTU and features automatic water level controls for consistent steam production. A 60-minute electro-mechanical timer supports controlled cooking cycles, while the 193°F preheat and standby temperature helps prepare the compartment for operation.
Built for demanding commercial kitchens, the Cleveland SteamChef features a durable 14-gauge stainless steel cooking compartment door and latch with a two-piece design and free-floating inner door to help prevent steam leaks. Patented KleanShield convection steam technology collects and removes condensate waste, helping keep the cooking cavity clean and reducing contamination of reservoir water. Automatic drain control activates when the main power switch is turned off, while a cold-water condenser and three-minute rinse feature support convenient draining and cleaning. Additional features include high- and low-water probes, a high-temperature safety shut-off, steam and fan shut-off when the door opens, a safety overflow standpipe, left-hand door hinging, and 4" adjustable legs. The unit measures 25.5" W x 38 7/8" D x 74.5" H and operates on natural gas.
