Built for repeated professional use, the Carlisle Sparta® brush combines synthetic nylon bristles with a sturdy wood handle finished with lacquer for a durable, professional appearance. Its curved handle shape is designed for convenient one-handed use, helping foodservice staff maintain control while brushing ingredients onto pastries, breads, and prepared foods. The 1.88-inch bristle trim supports effective liquid application, while the handle's pre-drilled hole allows the brush to be hung on a hook or cord for convenient storage between uses. Rated for temperatures up to 500°F, the brush is suitable for applications within its specified temperature limit.
