This top door is also removable for easy cleaning and maintenance. The carrier also includes a built-in thermometer to ensure that your food is kept at the optimal temperature.
The Camcart can accommodate up to eight full-size 2-1/2" deep food pans or a combination of fractional size pans. The pans are secured in place with adjustable nylon latches that won't rust or corrode. Additionally, the carrier's polyethylene exterior is scratch-resistant and easy to clean, while its thick foam insulation ensures maximum heat retention and energy efficiency.
