The Cambro UPC400SP Camcarrier Ultra Pancarrier Front Loading is an insulated food transport carrier designed for securely storing and transporting hot or cold food in demanding foodservice and catering applications. Its tough, one-piece seamless construction provides durable performance, while thick insulation helps retain food quality and temperatures for 4+ hours. The carrier features a pop-up vent for humidity and pressure control and an airtight gasket to support temperature retention. The UPC400SP is specifically equipped with a tamper-resistant security package, including a non-removable door and locking hasp, making it well suited for applications where secure food transport is important. The Cambro UPC400SP holds six full-size food pans 2 1/2 inches deep and features ergonomic molded-in handles for two-person carrying. A nylon door latch provides convenient access, while the carrier stacks with UPCS400 and UPCH400 pan carriers. A Camchiller or Camwarmer can be used to help increase temperature retention. The UPC400SP is NSF Listed, easy to clean, and dishwasher safe.
