Ergonomic molded-in handles provide a secure grip for two-person carrying, while the durable nylon latch allows quick access to the cabinet. A built-in pop-up vent helps equalize pressure and release steam, making the carrier well suited for transporting a wide variety of hot and cold menu items. The UPC400 holds up to six 2-1/2" deep full-size food pans and can accommodate other pan-depth configurations for added versatility.

The Cambro UPC400 Ultra Pan Carrier is NSF Listed, dishwasher safe, and designed to stack with compatible Cambro pan carriers for more efficient storage and transportation. It also fits the Cambro CD400 Camdolly for easier movement of loaded carriers. For operations requiring additional temperature retention, the carrier can be paired with compatible Cambro Camchiller or Camwarmer accessories.
