Create a Pro Cart Ultra that is tailored to your always changing menu by using hot, cold, and passive modules. The Pro Cart Ultra is made of strong, CFC-free polyurethane insulation and can maintain hot or cold temperatures for at least 4 hours without electricity. Additionally, compared to other models, Pro Cart Ultra can reduce energy expenses by up to 30%. There is a Pro Cart Ultra available in 3 sizes to handle 8, 10, and 20 4" deep GN 1/1 meal pans, so it can be used in any foodservice company.
