Cambro 49S318151 Camrack Glass Rack with Extender
The Cambro 49S318151 Camrack Glass Rack with Extender is a customizable 49-compartment rack built to wash, store, and transport small glassware such as juice glasses, champagne flutes, cordials, and shot glasses. Each compartment holds glasses up to 2-7/16" in diameter and 3-5/8" tall, keeping stemware upright and separated from rack to dish machine to shelf.
Open compartment interiors allow water and detergent to circulate freely for a thorough wash, while closed external walls shield glassware along the rack's perimeter from chipping and contamination. Rounded handles on all four sides make the rack easy to carry with wet hands, and smooth sides with rounded corners help prevent scratches and breakage during handling.
Built from durable polypropylene, the rack is designed to hold up to repeated trips through commercial dish machines and daily back-of-house use. A 1/2" overlap design lets full racks stack securely for space-efficient storage.
This rack ships as a complete assembly with one BR258 soft gray base rack and one 49E1 gray extender, and it is part of Cambro's customizable Camrack system, so operators can reconfigure compartment counts and extender heights as glassware needs change.
