The Cadco CBC-HH-L7 MobileServ® Junior Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is engineered for professional hot food holding and mobile buffet service in hotels, healthcare facilities, catering operations, schools, grocery stores, and concession environments. Constructed with durable stainless steel and finished with attractive eggplant laminate panels, this commercial buffet cart combines dependable performance with an upscale presentation. The cart features two full-size HOT buffet servers, each equipped with two half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless steel pan holder for organized food display and serving. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan accommodates over 30 four-ounce servings, making the unit ideal for high-volume buffet and direct dining applications.
Designed for efficiency and mobility, the Cadco MobileServ® hot buffet cart includes four integrated drawers dedicated to plating supplies, silverware storage, condiment organization, and cold storage. Two 9.4 qt. clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro #20PPD drain shelves help keep chilled items organized and accessible during service. Three tray and plate storage shelves provide additional convenience for streamlined meal delivery and buffet operations. Variable heat controls ranging from 155°F to 205°F allow operators to maintain proper food temperatures, while silent casters with locking brakes and directional locks ensure smooth maneuverability throughout commercial facilities.
