This mobile merchandising cart is equipped with four service bays, each fitted with a Tritan roll-top lid for easy access and food protection. It includes eight half-size 2½” deep steam pans and four full-size removable pan holders, providing flexible food configuration options for high-volume service. Stainless steel merchandising shelves on top allow dual-sided serving, while a flip-up shelf adds additional workspace during operation. The unit operates with two variable heat control knobs (155°F–205°F) and a 72-inch coiled cord for efficient electrical reach. Designed for flexibility, both pans and pan holders are removable for cleaning and service adjustment.
