Engineered for adaptability, this MobileServ® cart accommodates eight half-size, 2-1/2” deep steam pans along with four full-size removable pan holders, allowing flexible food configuration for both hot and cold menu items. It is equipped with two variable temperature control knobs (155°–205°F) for warming applications, while also supporting chilled service setups depending on operational needs. Stainless steel merchandising shelves on top allow dual-sided serving and are fully removable for easy cleaning or reconfiguration. Additional features include a flip-up shelf, removable warming surface for service access, and rubber bumpers on all corners for impact protection. Mobility is supported by silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks, ensuring smooth transport and stable positioning.
