The Cadco CBC-GG-B4-L6 MobileServ® Standard Grab & Go Merchandising Cart 2-Sided Grab & Go Shelf On Top is a commercial-grade hot food merchandising solution designed for high-capacity service and organized presentation in demanding foodservice environments. Built with durable stainless steel construction and finished in Black Laminate, this 4-bay cart is engineered for hotels, healthcare facilities, grocery stores, buffet operations, concessions, and catering applications. The unit includes four Tritan roll-top lids, eight half-size 2½-inch deep steam pans, and four removable full-size pan holders to support efficient hot food display and access. Stainless steel merchandising shelves mounted on the top provide two-sided serving capability, helping improve customer flow and product visibility in self-service or attended serving stations. The removable shelves and flip-up shelf enhance flexibility during setup and operation.
Designed for mobility and controlled warming performance, the cart features two variable heat control knobs with a temperature range of 155°F to 205°F for adjustable hot holding. The removable pans, pan holders, and warming surface top simplify cleaning and servicing during continuous operation.
