Engineered for operational efficiency, this MobileServ® cart accommodates eight half-size, 2-1/2” deep steam pans and four removable full-size pan holders, offering flexible food configuration for varied menu needs. It includes two variable heat control knobs (155°–205°F) for precise temperature management, supported by a 72-inch coiled cord for extended operational reach. Stainless steel merchandising shelves on top allow dual-sided service and are fully removable for cleaning or reconfiguration. Additional functional features include a flip-up shelf, removable warming surface top for service access, and rubber bumpers on all corners for impact protection. Mobility is ensured with silent casters, two with locking brakes and two with directional locks, for stable positioning in busy service areas.
