This large grab-and-go merchandising cart features three hot bays with three Tritan roll-top lids and six half-size, 2 ½” deep stainless steel steam pans supported by three removable full-size pan holders for flexible food configuration. Dual variable heat control knobs provide precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F, supported by a 72-inch coiled cord for flexible positioning. Stainless steel merchandising shelves on top allow for dual-sided service and are fully removable, complemented by a flip-up shelf for additional service versatility. Silent casters with two locking brakes and two directional locks ensure smooth and controlled mobility, while rubber corner bumpers protect the unit during transport. The removable warming surface top allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.
