The Cadco CBC-GG-B3-L5 MobileServ® Standard Grab & Go Merchandising Cart Large is engineered for efficient hot food merchandising, grab-and-go service, and front-of-house food presentation in commercial foodservice environments. Featuring 3 bays with 3 Tritan roll-top lids, this mobile cart is designed to maintain hot food temperatures while providing clear product visibility for customer-facing service. It includes 6 half-size 2 ½” deep steam pans and 3 removable full-size pan holders, allowing flexible merchandising configurations for a variety of menu items. Dual variable heat control knobs provide precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F, ensuring consistent hot holding performance in high-demand service operations.
Constructed with durable stainless steel and finished in Cherry woodgrain laminate, the CBC-GG-B3-L5 delivers both strength and a warm, professional presentation. Silent casters with 2 locking brakes and 2 directional locks provide smooth mobility and secure positioning during service. The cart includes stainless steel merchandising shelves on top for efficient serving from both sides, along with a flip-up shelf for additional workspace. Removable pans, pan holders, and a removable warming surface top support flexible operation and easy cleaning.
