It includes two variable heat control knobs (155°–205°F) for precise warming performance, supported by a 120V, 1650W, 13.75A electrical system with a 72-inch coiled cord and NEMA 5-15 plug compatibility via electrical junction box. The unit features stainless steel top merchandising shelves for dual-sided service, a flip-up shelf, and removable safety shields for operational control. Storage and workflow efficiency are enhanced with two adjustable internal shelves and sliding locking doors on one side with half-size outswing access.
