This deluxe merchandising cart features four hot bays with four Tritan roll-top lids and eight half-size, 2 ½” deep stainless steel steam pans supported by four removable full-size pan holders for flexible food configuration. Dual stainless steel merchandising shelves on top enable efficient two-sided service, complemented by a flip-up shelf and removable safety shields for controlled customer access. Inside, two adjustable shelves improve storage organization, while sliding locking doors with half-size outswing access enhance workflow efficiency. Dual variable heat control knobs provide precise temperature control from 155°F to 205°F, powered by a 120V, 1650W, 13.75-amp system with a 72-inch coiled cord and NEMA 5-15 plug compatibility.
