It operates on a 120V, 600W, 5-amp system with two variable heat control knobs (155°–205°F), supported by a 72-inch coiled cord and NEMA 5-15 plug compatibility. A stainless steel top merchandising shelf enables dual-sided service and is fully removable for cleaning or reconfiguration. Additional features include a flip-up shelf, one adjustable internal shelf, and a locking door system with half-size outswing access for secure storage.
