The Cadco BLS-4HLD-2H Bakerlux Station pairs two half-size convection ovens, stacked on a stand, each with its own ventless hood system — adding baking capacity in a smaller footprint without requiring a dedicated exhaust hood.
The oven operates at 208/240V drawing 2,900–3,800 watts (16 amps); the ventless system runs on the same 208/240V circuit at roughly 200 watts (1 amp) and requires both water and electrical connections to function as designed. All Cadco Bakerlux convection ovens carry a 3-year warranty.
