Vollrath CT2B-120500 JT1-B Junior Bagel Toaster
The Vollrath CT2B-120500 JT1-B Junior Bagel Toaster is a 120-volt conveyor toaster designed for consistent, reliable toasting of bread slices, bun halves, and bagel halves. Powerful quartz heating elements respond quickly, while forced convection promotes even toasting across products. A variable-speed control and one- or two-sided heat switch allow operators to adjust the toasting process for desired results. The 10.5-inch-wide conveyor accommodates up to 500 items per hour, providing practical throughput for commercial foodservice operations. Its standard 1.5-inch product opening is sized for bread slices and bun or bagel halves.
Built for dependable countertop operation, the Vollrath JT1-B features a durable exterior constructed from stainless and aluminized steel. Heavy-duty legs provide leveling adjustments for stability on countertops, while the maintenance-free drive system simplifies operation and servicing. During slower periods, standby mode can reduce energy use by up to 75 percent and allows the toaster to quickly return to full power when needed. The unit operates at 1600 watts and 13.3 amps, with a 54-inch cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Based on independent UL testing, the toaster complies with NFPA96 for ventless operation using the EPA202 test method; ventless allowance is dependent upon AHJ approval.
