The CookRite by Atosa ATHC-18ES is a full-size insulated warming and holding cabinet designed to keep large volumes of food at safe serving temperatures in high-volume commercial kitchen environments.
With an 18-pan capacity and adjustable temperature settings from 85°F to 207°F, this cabinet delivers precise, consistent heat control for a wide range of hot food holding applications. The fully insulated cabinet with environmentally friendly foaming material minimizes heat loss and maximizes energy efficiency.
The tempered glass door is field reversible for flexible installation, and integrated slides along with a removable control drawer make cleaning fast and easy. Four casters — two locking, two swivel — provide convenient mobility throughout the kitchen.
