The Araven 03036 14.4 Qt Full Size Polypropylene Square Container is a GN 1/1 container with a 4-inch (100 mm) height and 13.7 L (14.4 qt) capacity, designed for food storage and kitchen organization. This airtight container features a new lid design with a double airtight lip that improves the seal and helps preserve food better and for longer. A channel in the lid allows part of the air inside the container to be expelled, reducing food oxidation and extending useful food life by up to 25%, according to a study conducted by the Plant Origin Foods Research Group of the University of Zaragoza. The lid also features a special tab for easy opening.
Araven’s GastroNorm airtight container includes seven colorclips for managing food according to criteria such as food type, day of the week, or work area.
