    Foodservice Project Coordination

    Cook’s Direct can coordinate a project after a site evaluation and/or design service. After these services are completed and you issue a PO for the required equipment and installation, Cook’s utilizes its own installation team that has extensive experience with kitchen equipment receiving, installation, and operation.

    We will work to accommodate your schedule as well as extended and off-hour requests to minimize any downtime. At the completion of the project, we typically provide a spec sheet book, manufacturer warranties, serial numbers for all equipment, and equipment startup and training by authorized staff.
