Non-Stick Fry Pans

A fry pan, also commonly referred to as a frying pan, or skillet, is a flat-bottomed pan used for frying, searing, and browning food. Typically, its size is 8 inches to 12 inches in diameter with relatively low sides that flare outwards. It has a long handle, and no lid. There are larger pans may have a grab handle at the opposite side of the main handle. Non-stick fry pans are best used when cooking delicate food like eggs and fish. They distribute heat evenly and offer superior food release. There are models that have a scratch and abrasion resistant finish for a long lasting use. Some of these are designed with vented handles that reduce the heat transfer from the pan to the handle, therefore maximizing operator comfort. These, and other cookware like cast iron skillets, woks, griddles, roasting pans, ceramic cookware, cast iron cookware, frying pans, grill pans, stainless steel cookware, electric skillets, pots and pans, stock pots, paella pans, cookware sets, crepe pans, sauté pans, etc., are available at kitchen supply stores.
