Copper Fry Pans

A fry pan, is also known as a frying pan or a skillet. It is a flat-bottomed pan used for frying, searing, and browning food. Typically, their size ranges from 8 inches to 12 inches in diameter with relatively low sides that flare outwards, a long handle, and no lid. Larger pans may have a grab handle at the opposite side of the main handle, making it easy to transport and handle during and after cooking. Copper fry pans are made of copper, and are an excellent choice since it conducts heat evenly. The sides of the pan heat up as well, delivering a more even cooking. Most of them have an oval or round shape, and are durable. They may be used on gas, electric, and halogen stovetops, or under the broiler in an oven.
