Customer Service Representative
Cook’s Direct, Inc., located in Warrenville, Illinois, is a distributor and the reselling leader of commercial kitchen supplies and equipment for large volume foodservice operations. Our employees strive to provide the best products and most knowledgeable response to our customers. This is a hybrid position - 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic individual, who will be responsible for working directly with our customers and our sales team. You will be responsible for answering customer calls and emails, placing orders, following up on orders, providing customers with quotes, order information and interacting with the sales team.

Responsibilities
Maintaining and enhancing customer relationships
Completing quotes for the sales team
Entering customer orders
Following up with customers on open return issues
Understanding and qualifying customer’s needs and wants
Update customer records in MS Business Central
Skills/Requirements
Experience with order entry and handling product returns
Ability to multi task in fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and extremely detail oriented
Excellent phone and computer skills
Previous experience working in customer service
High School diploma or equivalent
