All items to be returned must be authorized by Cook's Direct, Inc before return. Some items are subject to a 20% to 50% restocking charge and return freight charges. Call 1-866-506-3048 for assistance. Please note the exceptions below:
Upon receipt and inspection of returned product(s), your credit card will be credited for the amount paid for the item(s) minus the restocking fee and return shipping charges.
