The Vulcan Convection Ovens have solid-state temperature controls that adjust from 150° to 500°F. It also has a 60-minute timer with audible alarm. It has a stainless steel front, sides and top. It features painted legs, independently operated stainless steel doors with windows that open a full 180°, and non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom and doors. Two interior oven lights. Nickel plated oven racks. Available in Gas or Electric. It has a moisture vent damper control and it comes with one year limited parts and labor warranty.The optional features include stainless steel legs, five hour timer in place of 60 minute timer (model VC4ED), simultaneous opening chain driven doors, stainless steel open stand with storage rack, casters, flanged feet, 480V/60 Hz/1 or 3 phase, and second year extended limited parts and labor warranty.
