I bought two of these and use them all the time. No more warping when I roast vegetables and the oil draining to one side. Vegetables carmelize beautifully.

These are the best sheet pans. From toasting bread on the stove top - to pouring water in them once they've preheated to 350 in the bread oven to make lots of steam - I can't warp them. Open rims don't trap water! I abuse them and I love them!

These are great heavy duty sheet pans. I ordered 2 along with 2 of the Vollrath cookie sheets and couldn't be more pleased. I especially like the open bead design so that nasty stuff doesn't accummulate in the pan after repeated use and washing. I put one of the sheet pans in the diswasher and it came out gray in color...now I read that you should not put it in the dishwasher under the Q&A so you should hand wash these. Cook's Direct customer service and delivery is superb.

This was a Christmas request by my 40-year-old daughter. She wanted it for Christmas! I had to look for it. Found it. After seeing it please her so much at Christmas, and after seeing the fine quality of this sheet pan, I want one myself.

Great Structural Stability

This pan is very stable for baking items such as cookies. The surface is raw uncoated aluminum and will blacken a clean sponge if you clean/polish with a fine cleaning powder and water. For this reason I would advise using parchment paper for easier removal of the baked item and the separation of food from the raw metallic surface. This is a professional quality pan.

This is a great baking sheet! In the month that I've owned it (I actually bought several), I've used them in baking and roasting. In each use, there has been no sign of warping and the pans provide for even heat distribution and browning. If you've been searching for the baking sheet recommended by America's Test Kitchen, this is it!
As for making purchases through Cook's Direct, the ordering process is straight forward. However, you will need to email their customer support for package tracking info. Although, I believe this is in the works to become an automated feature. Delivery was quick!

After ruining 5 sheet pans over the last few years I finally took the time to read reviews. This Wear Ever pan was rated the best commercial quality pan available. Boy you were not kidding. I do a lot of cooking at very high heat and this pan just ignores heat, no shifting or bending, easy to clean. Food browns evenly, including large roasts. Handled 2 7lbs tenderloins beautifully! Best pan!

The 5314 is an excellent sheet pan for home use--no warping, no popping. It's polished finish makes it easy to clean. My wife and I threw out our old sheet pans and replaced them with these.
