: If there is an incident where PanSaver has burned onto the surface of an insert there are two suggestions for a remedy: 1. Soak the affected area in concentrated Dawn dishwashing detergent for an extended period of time. 2. Or, if #1 doesn't work, freeze the pan and then chip off the plastic.

Owner Response:The heat may be turned up too high, this can cause the bag to melt, burn and stick to the side of the roasting pan.
